August 01, 2012 (Toronto, ON) – We’re pleased to announce the winners of Pedal’s 2012 Tour de France Contest following the one week Doping De-Points rule and apologize for the short delay. Congratulations to Sumeet Virk, Abbotsford, BC N, who’s team SVirk topped the field with a final score of 1,086 points to win the Grand Prize, a Cervelo S5 Bike w/Ultegra valued at $4,800.

Then we have an incredible 5-way tie for second place and after applying the contest rules the second prize goes to Kyle Cunningham, Vancouver, BC and his Urban Cyclist team with 1,072 points winning a SRAM Force Group priced at $1,389. Bob Ebner of Stittsville, ON with team Go Ryder Go lands third on the podium also with 1,072 points (note: it pays to enter early folks as you can always modify your team later).
