December 24, 2003 – Pedal Magazine and the OCA are pleased to announce that they have formed a three year partnership regarding the OCA's Member Handbook which provides valuable information for members regarding clubs, schedules, rules, rides, competitions etc. Look for a new and improved version in 2004. More information will be released in the new year.
