December 2, 2009 (Toronto, ON) – Drivers who park in cycling lanes on Toronto’s streets may face bigger fines if cyclists get their way. In the Toronto Star’s The Fixer column, cyclists voice their concerns about the dangers they face regularly when they are forced out of their designated cycling lanes to avoid illegally parked cars.
