March 13, 2013 (Victoria, B.C.) – February saw another successful training camp at PCC and the last one will take place from March 14 – 17. All of the PCC cyclists have had a good off season and are ready for the 2013 season of races. We wish them all well. Updates on their progress will be on the PCC website.

March’s pre-season training camp is the fifth camp of Pacific Cycling Centre 2012-13 programs and continues to focus on endurance and race preparation. Bike efficiency, strength, and race pace efforts are the hub of this camp as these key performance factors are the fundamental of in-season success.
