February 6, 2010 (Victoria, BC) – The Pacific Cycling Centre has partnered with the Pacific Institute for Sport Excellence to bring a spring break program for kids ages 14-16. The youth camp will teach kids how to train and improve their riding skills, and learn how to become better and stronger cyclists. The camp will feature: technical riding skills instruction for road and/or mountain biking; educational talks; strength and conditioning sessions; field testing; and ongoing feedback throughout the program. PCC Head Coach Houshang Amiri will instruct the camp.
Road Biking
– Monday – Wednesday 8:30am – 4:00pm
– March 8 – 10: $200 ($215)/3 sessions
Mountain Biking
– Wednesday – Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm
– March 10 – 12: $200 ($215)/3 sessions
Mountain & Road Biking
– Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm
– March 8 – 12: $300 ($315)/5 sessions
