May 30, 2018 (St-Laurent, QC) – Outdoor Gear Canada (OGC) and Continental Tire have signed a multi-year distribution agreement for Canada. OGC will share Canadian distribution responsibilities with Highway Two and will be the sole Canadian-based supplier of Continental cycling products.

“With over 100 years’ experience designing and manufacturing bicycle tires, Continental is an iconic brand in the bicycle industry”, said Christian Pelletier, OGC`s Brand Manager for Continental. “They have been and continue to be great innovators with products such as their Black Chili compound and Vectran technology. We’re really excited about this partnership.”

“Focus is always a struggle that any distributor or brand being distributed faces,” said Justin Savord, Highway Two’s North American Sales Manager. “We see OGC as the perfect partner to supplement our current business in Canada and assist in growing key categories such as MTB and wire bead tires.”

OGC will begin shipping Continental products from its Montreal and Vancouver warehouses beginning mid-July.
