August 15, 2008 – August 15, 2008 – The Ontario Summer Games are on this week in Ottawa. Yesterday Ontario’s up-and-coming cyclists competed in the individual time trial and the team relay.

For all those people that are interested in watching some great MTB action, the MTB XC race starts today at 10:00 am at the Ontario Summer Games in Ottawa. The MTB races will take place at Camp Fortune and the BMX will be at KBMX.
