April 25, 2013 (Woodnewton, ON) – Superfly Racing presents the first of a 7-event series, as the Plastiglas Ontario Cup series comes to Woodnewton, south of Uxbridge. Over 600 racers are expected in spite of the late spring, and conditions at Woodnewton couldn’t be better.

“The course features exceptional drainage and sandy soils,” says organizer and course engineer Sean Ruppel.  Woodnewton’s course has a good mix of fast singletrack, a few short technical sections and a few climbs, but is not the most challenging course given the late spring.

The Ontario Cup series features riders of all abilities, but has also nurtured many of the countries’ best riders. Event-day registration is available for Ontario Cup #1, and pre-riding is available Thursday through Sunday, for which the forecast couldn’t be better!
