April 05, 2013 (Mont-Tremblant, QC) – The organizing committee of the Gran Fondo Mont-Tremblant is thrilled to announce the official launch of its cycling event, taking place on September 7th 2013!

A passion for cycling and sporting events has driven this project to its inaugural edition. The calendar of cyclosportives in North America is flourishing and Gran Fondo Mont-Tremblant is proud to be a part of this cycling community.

This is a great opportunity for cyclists to discover this type of event which consist of mass participation, non-competitive, long distance cycling rides. Join Gran Fondo Mont-Tremblant and register for the 125 km or the 80 km challenge to discover what Mont-Tremblant has to offer.

The region of Mont-Tremblant has phenomenal and compelling features that make it ideal for road cycling. Significant road investments in recent years combined with the scenery and the challenge of the Laurentians, now make Mont-Tremblant a major destination for recreational cycling.

Cyclists from Eastern Canada and North-Eastern United-States are expected to participate in this new mass cycling event, a perfect occasion to make it a weekend vacation and take part in the cycling festivities while enjoying all the activities of this renowned resort destination.
