May 17, 2004 – Off-Road Triathlon is a fairly new sport of Canada, but growing fast. On July 10 an off-road tri will be taking place at at Kelso Conservation Area in Milton, Ontario. The plan is to roll out more races next year based on what we learn this year. The series targets mountain bikers, adventure racers and triathletes.

The Strong of Spirit (SOS) Off-Road Triathlon combines the best of adventure racing and triathlon into a unique race experience. You'll get wet and you'll get dirty as you power through every inch of this escarpment-climbing, thrill-riding course! Compete for over $1,500 in prizes in one of two races:
