November 8, 2003 – The Ontario Cycling Association is pleased to welcome Doug Pogue and Roger Curtis as the newest members of our Development Committee. Doug Pogue was recently elected by his colleagues for the position of Road Provincial Chief Commissaire. As such, Doug will represent the Ontario College of Commissaires on the Development Committee. Doug is currently a National level commissaire, a level 3 road coach, a timing coordinator and a former senior 1/2 racer. Over the past two years Doug has worked at the Provincial Time Trial, Provincial Criterium, Provincial Road Race, the National Championships (twice), the World Championships as well as numerous Ontario Cups and Regional events.

Roger Curtis will be volunteering his services as the Road Athlete Rep on the Development Committee.  As a level 2 road coach, Roger has coached/managed athletes at OCA High Performance Projects such as Abititi and Alma.
