April 29, 2004 РReminder: This is a reminder that the Springbank Road Races will be the last event where only warnings will be issued regarding those rules outlined in Communique #1. All previous communiqu̩s are available in the results section on the OCA's website.

OCA Race Numbers All riders are reminded that they must use their OCA issued numbers at events where the organizer does not issue numbers (therefore you should bring them all events). Race numbers will be available for pick-up at the Springbank event. For those who have lost or forgot their numbers a replacement set is available for $5.00.

Independent Licenses All riders who had their licenses issued as Independent because their club/team had not registered by the time they applied, must get their license replaced so that their license correctly indicates their club/team. Also, if you have decided to join a club/team since you received your license then you must get your license re-issued. Failure to due so may result in warnings and/or fines if improper jerseys are worn.

Weekly Rule Reminder: 12.1.040.4 Number, epaulette or frame plate changed or badly positioned – $30.00

This would apply to a rider that has folded the number to hide the sponsor's name or if the number is not readable.
