July 13, 2004 – The return of the OCA paper newsletter will be hitting your mailbox this week. All full members will be receiving a copy of the 16 page publication.

We do apologize for the ‘light’ printing on some of the newsletters. We were not happy with the printing company hired for this project and there will be changes made for the next newsletter. Any comments on the newsletter can be sent to smerker@ontariocycling.org.
