February 10, 2005 – The OCA will be offering a MTB Provincial C Commissaire Course, March 12-13 at the Sport Alliance Building (OCA building) in Toronto.

Fred Seemann, a UCI mtb commissaire and Ontario’s Provincial MTB Chief Commissaire, will be conducting the two day course. Participants must attend both days.

This course is a requirement for coaches seeking level 3 certification, future managers and future commissaires.

The course must have a minimum of 6 participants. There will be a max of 12 participants.
