March 2, 2007 – Just a reminder if you are registering online for your 2007 OCA Membership (UCI License, Citizen Permit, General Membership, etc.) please include all comments in the comments section of your member profile when registering.

Comments about the following are most common:

– Road Ability Based Category
– Club/Team
– Missing Payment (Contact the OCA office if you missed this step. Licenses will not be processed until payment is received)
– Upgrades

Also a reminder, you must choose a club/team at the time of registration (Either through the appropriate drop down menu or in the comments section) Failure to choose a club will result in an Independent license being processed.

If you do not see your club on the list, it means they have not affiliated for the 2007 season and cannot be put on until they have sent in the appropriate paperwork and fees. You can still enter this team in the comments section but the license will not be processed until the club affiliates.

For CANBIKE and OMBI Licenses we also need a proof of First Aid submitted. For CANBIKE Instructors, a CANBIKE Instructor form must also be submitted with your first aid and waiver forms.Any other Membership Inquiries, please call Chris Baskys at 416.426.7416.
