April 15, 2004 – In order to bring a strong voice forward as we lobby for better insurance programs, we are asking all member clubs and organizers to take some time and participate in the following survey. Please keep in mind that this questionnaire is quite general and applies to all Sport and Recreation. We are combining forces with other sports, clubs and related groups to move forward on the issue of skyrocketing insurance rates.
