September 2, 2004 – The OCA and the St. Catherines Cycling Club (organizers) would like to apologize for an oversight of the Espoir Category at Provincial Road Championships. This category was recognized at the conclusion of the awards ceremony;
however, medals were not available at that time.

The SISU winner’s jersey was presented, pictures were taken, and the Espoir results are noted in the official results now posted to our website. The OCA personally apologized to each of the three athletes following the event.

Medals for the category have been produced and will be mailed to the
winners.
