November 19, 2010 (Toronto, ON) – The 2010 Cycling Celebration is now under 48 hours away and is sure to be the biggest bash of the OCA season. Doors open at 6pm with snacks and a pizza dinner afterward followed by the awards presentations. Come out and celebrate the top athletes, organizers, volunteers and more of the 2010 season. This event will also feature some incredible silent auction items and raffle prizes so be sure not to miss out.

The event is being held at the Cool Brewery (That’s right a brewery!!!) which is located at 164 Evans Ave. in Etobicoke.

How do I get tickets?
What a fantastic question. Tickets are available by contacting the OCA office directly or by purchasing your ticket(s) on the Ontario Cycling Association website by clicking here. Online ticket purchases ends at noon on Friday.
Tickets are also available at the door Saturday night.

Silent Auction Items
The Ontario Cycling Association (OCA) has graciously been given a signed Team Sky jersey worn by Michael Barry during the 2010 Spring Classic, Tour of Flanders.
Along with his jersey, Michael has donated a copy of his limited edition book – Le Métier. This is the silkscreen version that is one of only 200 produced! Michael and the photographer have signed this copy.
The jersey and book (separate auctions) are just two of the items that will be a part of the silent auction at the Cycling Celebration. In addition the Spring/Summer cover of the OCA’s online Cycle Ontario Magazine (with a 4000 member reach) will also be available for auction. All proceeds will go to the 2011 La Bicicletta Youth Cup Road Series.

There will also be many raffle items up for grabs on Saturday with generous donations by Joyride 150 Bike Park, Sweet Pete’s Bike Shop, and Flamme Rouge.
