November 23, 2008 (Toronto, ON) – The OCA Cycling Celebration and awards took place last night in Toronto at Whistler’s Bar and Grill with winners honoured in 16 categories. Special guests included Olympian Leigh Hobson and Canada’s most acclaimed cyclist, Steve Bauer. Highlights include athletes of the year in Road, MTB, Track and BMX.
