December 22, 2006 – Steve Merker, the OCA’s outgoing Executive Director, is pleased to announce a new 3-year deal with Pedal Magazine to produce the annual OCA Handbook.

“We are really happy to be working with Pedal again as they have improved the quality of the handbook immensely over the past few years. The OCA looks forward to continued improvements in our nation-wide leading handbook,” commented Merker.

All 2007 OCA members will receive a copy of the handbook in March 2007.
