February 25, 2005 – The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of OCA will be held at 4.30 pm, Saturday, March 5, 2005 at the National Trade Centre Exhibition Place, Toronto.

A volunteer Board of Directors run the OCA and they make decisions about the direction of the OCA and supervises the staff in the delivery of those decisions. The members of the Board of Directors are elected at the AGM.

In 2005, the following positions are to be elected:
– President
– Vice President High Performance
– Club Liaison
– Vice President BMX (one year — to complete term of recently vacated position)

Elections for two positions on the High Performance Committee will also be held at the AGM.These two positions are:
– Road and Track Member at Large
– Mountain Bike Member at Large

Nominations for Board positions are due by February 26th.
