Nimby Fifty – Heisterman and Plaxton Top Fields

May 28, 2012 – Brandi Heisterman from Brackendale and Max Plaxton (Specialized) took top honours at the 40km Nimby Fifty this past weekend. The race grew out of the desire to create a premiere mountain bike race at the north end of the sea-to-sky corridor. Traditionally most sea-to-sky corridor bike races have been held in either Squamish or Whistler – never in Pemberton. That all changed in 2010 – read more here.
