April 3, 2008 (Chateauguay, QC) – A new elite team in development has formed under the management of well-known Quebec cyclist Czeslaw Lukaszewicz. The new team is associated with Club Cycliste Veloselect. A press release indicates that, “we are going to participate in 50 to 60 races in 2008. The key events include Tour de Beauce, Les Mardis Lachine, Coupe de la Paix, Canadian Championships, Montreal-Quebec, Tour de Welland, Tour de Quebec and a number of UCI races in Poland. The 2peer Cycling Team will open its racing season at GP Pont-Rouge [near Quebec City] on April 20, 2008.”
