Setting aside the diehards, who will ride in anything, training indoors is a necessary evil to perform well on you bike, regardless of your cycling goals. Indoor trainers of various types have allowed people to get the physical workout in, but at the expense of the social motivation and support of the group ride. At our new Different Cycling Studio in West Vancouver, we have designed an indoor cycling training facility for the cyclist. Our studio uses the CycleOps 300 PRO spin bikes and CycleOps Powerbeam PRO trainers (for those wishing to use their own bike) and offers pedal and saddle options, a great sound system, large video screen, and some of the best coaches around. On October 4th, we will officially open our new different cycling studio – a space that we plan to use to enhance your ride through and range of services including:
