July 6, 2011 (Montreal, QC) – While nothing official has been announced we heard from a reliable source that newly crowned Elite Women’s road champ, Veronique Fortin (Team P-K Express/HNZ), has signed with TIBCO/To the Top for 2012. Fortin surprised the strong field on the final ascent up the grueling Rattlesnake Point climb at the 2011 Road Nationals with panache taking the win over Lex Albrecht (Juvéderm-Specialized) in second and veteran Erinne Willock (Team Tibco/To The Top) in third.
