Intro to Competition: Training Basics (Part A)
If you are interested in coaching competitive cycling athletes, this 14 hour course is the start of the certification process. It covers coaching practices, ethics, nutrition, how to run training sessions, and preparing for races.

Cycling Intro to Competition: Training to Race (Part B)
This is the 2nd theory course for coaches who want to become certified as a competition cycling coach. This cycling specific course is a prerequisite to certification for coaches who have already taken a multi-sport Training to Race or Part B. This course covers: exercise physiology, annual planning training methodology, nutrition, basic sports psychology, and athletes with a disability.
When: March 5, 6; 9am to 4pm both days
