November 5, 2008 – Come on out to the fourth race in our super-fun five-race ‘cross series on November 9 and experience the course of the 2004 Cyclo-cross Nationals at Dieppe Rotary Park.
Race #4 – November. 9, 2008, at Dieppe Rotary Park. all welcome, come try it out! Mountain bikes are allowed. Info on “What is Cyclo-Cross?” and rules at Velo NB web site.

– Race Starts 11:00 a.m.

– Awards and draw prizes will follow the race.
– 11:00 am event will last 3/4 hour plus 1 lap for men/women in Open, Sport, junior men, U17, and any Citizen racers.
Registration on-line here or on-site (check for signs) from 9:30am to 10:30 am. The cost is $15. Bring your VeloNB race plate if you have one.
Race goes rain, snow or shine. The Dieppe Rotary Park offers incredible cross conditions. The course will be similar to 2004 Cross Nationals and only marked on Sunday.
– Awards about 12:15 pm. Draw Prizes.
Important Note: If you do not have a Velo NB/ CCA license you must purchase a Citizen Entrance on site for $20.00. This allows the purchaser to participant in a Velo NB sanctioned race in the Citizen category. No points will be awarded to riders purchasing a Citizen Entrance.

If you don’t have a race license, you can participate in the Citizen category. If you don’t have a ‘cross bike, just use your mountain bike. Where else can you have this much fun for only $15?!
