April 9, 2003 (Hackettstown, NJ) – Navigators' Henk Vogels placed 2nd today in the famous Gent-Wevelgem race in Belgium. Vogels was sprinting out of a final selection of five riders that stayed 43-seconds in front of seven chasers. Navigators' Oleg Grichkine won the group sprint for the remainder of the field.
