March 10, 2003 – The CCA Officials Committee is pleased to announce that three National level commissaire courses will be delivered in 2003. Course details and registration forms will be circulated to the Provincial/Territorial Associations and CCA affiliated cycling centres. Information will also be posted on the CCA website.

Candidates must meet the eligibility requirements contained in the Appendix section of the CCA rulebook, and must have the endorsement of the Provincial / Territorial Association, in order to attend. A minimum of six candidate are required for the course to proceed. Candidates are responsible for all
related expenses.
