April 25, 2008 (Nanaimo BC) – The weather for this week’s 15km Time Trial # 2 presented by Oak Bay Bikes and the Wheelers Cycling Club was much colder than last week. However, winner Tony Winter originally from Australia, still managed to better his time by 22 seconds, possibly due to the Louis Garneau aero helmet he purchased on Ebay.

Rumour has it that we are going to be inundated by a hoard of triathletes in the coming weeks. They will certainly be a welcome addition, as will the Dan Proulx group of youth riders who have been provided with new road bikes, courtesy of Devinci and Oak Bay Bikes.
