September 20, 2010 (Redmond, WA) – Here are the results from the first North American Cyclocross Trophy event of the 2010-11 season. Starcrossed in Redmond, WA saw cyclocross stars from Europe meet the North American favourites head-to-head, followed by another match-up the next day in Issaquah, WA, making for an exciting weekend of racing.

Francis Mourey (Fra) Francaise Des Jeux came out on top both days in the elite men’s races, while Katerina Nash (Cze) Luna Pro Team cleaned up in the women’s competition. Top Canadians on Day 1 were Derrick St John (Can) Garneau Club Chaussure Ogilvy and Wendy Simms (Can) Kona, while Day 2 saw Geoff Kabush (Can) Maxxis-Rocky Mountain back up there representing Canada in fifth, while Simms took second place again in the women’s race.
