October 31, 2004 – Krebs Cycle Club will once again be holding their
coached indoor spin classes, starting this coming Tuesday November 2. Come
and sweat it out with other cyclists as we build strength and stamina over
the winter for the 2005 season.
Venue: St Johns United Church, 1401 Comox Street Comox &
Broughton(downtown). Doors open @ 5:30pm, workouts start at 6:00pm. More
