Pedal Question:
Michael, in yesterday’s Team Time Trial, do all the riders on United States Postal Service pull equally, or does the team Leader Roberto Heras pull more, or less?
Michael Barry:
Everybody does pretty equal pulls during the TTT. If someone feels good they may pull a little longer. We were doing both single and double pace lines yesterday, the single on the technical sections and the double on the straighter windier parts.
Yesterday everybody was very good and pulled well so there were no gaps or undualtions on speed. Roberto is flying at the moment so he was strong in the TTT and was able to more than pull his weight.
