September 9, 2010 (Squamish, BC) – Seamus McGrath, a two time Canadian Olympian will head the Future Stars Cross Country Camp for licensed U15, U17, and Junior riders from October 8-10, 2010. The program will cover all aspects including race strategy, race style workouts, technical trail riding, core strength workouts, and nutrition and endurance riding.

McGrath was a 14 time Canadian National Cycling Team Member and two time Commonwealth Games Medallist.

The camp will be limited to 30 riders and include 9 1/2 hours of riding and 5 hours of dry land training. Squamish has a diverse range of mountain biking trails with quick and easy access to ensure the participants have top notch terrain for training.
