Aug. 01, 2013 (Edmonton, Alberta) – Cycling fans across Canada will be able to watch the 2013 Tour of Alberta live for two hours each day this September when 120 of the world’s top professional cyclists race the 900-kiometre route across the province, September 3-8, 2013.
The Tour of Alberta today announced the following broadcast schedule for the event on its Canadian broadcast partner, Sportsnet:
Tuesday, September 3
– 6:00pm to 8:30pm MST on Sportsnet ONE
Wednesday, September 4
– 2:00pm to 4:00pm MST on Sportsnet ONE
Thursday, September 5
– 2:00pm to 4:00pm MST on Sportsnet East, Ontario, West, Pacific
Friday, September 6
– 3:00pm to 5:00pm MST on Sportsnet ONE
Saturday, September 7
– 3:00pm to 5:00pm MST on Sportsnet ONE
Sunday, September 8
– 3:00pm to 5:00pm MST on Sportsnet ONE

Sportsnet’s coverage will also include a daily one-hour highlights program to air in primetime each day of the race.
In addition to the Canadian broadcast coverage on Sportsnet, the Tour of Alberta will also be broadcast around the world through a number of international broadcasters. Details on the international broadcasts and networks and countries where the Tour of Alberta will be broadcast will be announced in August.
