March 19, 2004 – In preparation of the National Track Championships to be held in Victoria (August 5 – 8), Cycling BC will host a Level C Track Commissaire Course, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on April 24-25.

The two-day course ($50) is ideal for track regulars, as well as an excellent refresher  for officials that are already certified.
