June 24, 2006 – The Lehigh Valley Acura and Honda ‘Madison Cup’ presented by East Penn Bank was forced to cancel yesterday’s race due to heavy showers and thunderstorms that hammered the area for most of the evening and are predicted to continue over the next two days.

The event has been rescheduled for Friday, June 30, at 7:30 pm.

The Velodrome wishes to thank all those that support the 2006 Valley Preferred Professional Racing Series and appreciate everyone’s understanding of this unfortunate cancellation due to the wet and dangerous weather conditions.
