January 15, 2007 – Race Guide Information must be submitted by January 15th at the latest, if you wish for your race to have a feature page/profile in the Race Guide.

The quality and accuracy of information displayed, is a direct result of your efforts to submit material. The more information, photos with a high resolution (300dpi), course maps (300dpi), and logos the better your page will look, and the more space you’ll receive in the race guide.

The deadline for your technical guides to be submitted to kevin@cycling.bc.ca is also January 15th. Race Organizers who do not submit their technical guide to Kevin by the 15th, jeopardize their right to appear in the Race Guide.
