November 6, 2007 – With double points up for grabs, even a tropical storm could not keep New Brunswick’s top cyclo cross riders away from the fourth race of the Kona Cup Cyclo Cross series in Sussex NB. The Cow Town Classic saw 15 of the most dedicated cross riders on the line.

After four great races the GC in the Expert Men came down to one point. Charles Cormier proved that attendance pays off, by edging Brian McKeown by a mere point for the overall series win. In his defense McKeown was absent from the Saint John race because he was in South Carolina placing fourth in the World Duathlon Championships.

In the Junior Men category, 15 year old Stuart Wight was the only series rider to take a perfect score of 75 points by winning all four of the events.
