October 8, 2008 – For the fifth consecutive year, the KONA-ADOBE race team is hosting the Langley Cyclocross Classic (part of the BC Cross Cup series) to be held on Sunday November 9. This year’s event will once again be a fundraising effort with the net proceeds going to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Participation in cyclocross racing has been steadily increasing over the last few years and this year we hope to top the 100 participants that took part last year. This year’s Cross Cup series will surely be a hotly contested title amongst the top racers in BC as it was last year. This event is sanctioned by Cycling BC and is on the 2008 road racing calendar. We are canvassing to see if your company is willing to support this race with product sponsorship which will be used to supplement the cash prizes for each of the race categories.

Could you please let us know if you are willing to support this race with product or cash sponsorship. Your company name and logo will appear on the race flyer/poster and will be announced at the race. Also, if you have banners, flyers, brochures or samples of your products, we would be happy to have them displayed/available at the sign-on tent.
