announce its new partnership with Campagnolo. KMI will be an additional
distributor of the high quality and well respected Campagnolo bicycle
components and the exclusive distributor of the complete line of the
Campagnolo clothing starting in September 2002.

KMI will carry most of Campagnolo’s components (including Record, Chorus,
Centaur and Veloce), small parts for repair and most of Campagnolo’s wheel
program. KMI will also carry most of Campagnolo’s clothing including the
high tech Metal Series.

In addition to Campagnolo components and clothing, KMI also distributes
Arrow Racing Tires, Hutchinso tires, Fi’zi:k saddles, Look products, Sram
