Robert Wagner (Ger) Skil-Shimano was first runner-up and Kenny Robert Van Hummel (Ned) Skil-Shimano had to settle for third. Farrar’s Canadian team mate, Svein Tuft (Can) Garmin-Transitions, finished 94th on the stage. Luca Paolini (Ita) Acqua e Sapone continues to lead the overall as this afternoon’s last stage – a 14.75km TT in De Panne. Tuft is currently ranked 83rd.
