July 9, 2004- The Junior PCT Grand Prix, the second race on the Jr. PCT Grand Prix series will be kicking off the day’s festivities at the 2004 BMC Software New York City Cycling Championship on August 1, in Lower Manhattan. Approximately 50 junior cyclists will compete in the 20-mile race for a cash prize on the challenging, Lower Manhattan course.

The juniors will have to maneuver the tight 1.2 mile dog bone-shaped course beginning and ending at the intersection of Wall and Water Streets.
