ROLE

Under the supervision of the Executive Leader – Sales and Marketing, the Sales Manager is responsible for developing sales strategies for Western Canada and the United States based on the company’s goals. In addition, he implements and coordinates the implementation of policies and programs to maximize sales activities.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Participate in the development of sales strategy for Western Canada and the United States to achieve planned sales targets;
– Manage sales representatives on its territory;
– Follow the evolution of sales on its territory;
– Carry out business development on its territory;
– Develop and maintain excellent business relationships
– Manage the major accounts of its territory;
– Develop sales, placement and replenishment policies;
– Participate in the development of the sales budget taking into account the strategic orientations of the company;
– Make recommendations to the marketing department according to the needs of consumers and the market;
– Participate in events and shows in the field of cycling;

PROFILE

– Minimum of 7 years of sales experience;
– Excellent knowledge of the cycling market or the outdoors;
– Good negotiating skills
– Willing to travel, autonomous and creative;
– Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English required;
– Knowledge of French an advantage.
