Hardwood Ski and Bike seeks a dynamic Retail Manager to be responsible for the growth and continued success of our cross country ski and mountain bike retail and rental operations.

The ideal Retail Manager candidate will have expertise in cross country ski and cycling retail sales, in addition to experience in store management, fashion retailing, inventory control, financial controls, staff leadership, merchandising, in-store marketing, excellent customer service, managing a rental fleet and a repair shop and on line sales.

We seek a Retail Manager with leadership experience who works well with a small team environment.  Exceptional communication (external and internal) management skills are essential, combined with an energetic and creative leadership approach and the ability to work within a goals-oriented and budgetary framework.

This is a full time, year round position. A full benefits package is also included and an equity ownership opportunity exists.  Salary will be based on knowledge and experience.
