January 26, 2008 – The Burnaby Velodrome Club (BVC), a non-profit sports organization in Burnaby, British Columbia, is seeking a consultant to set-up and implement a High School Athlete Program (HSAP). The goal of the HSAP program is three-fold:

– To introduce as many High School students to track cycling as feasible, demonstrating that cycling is a fun, challenging sport.
– To promote the development of a High School Track League, with teams from each school training and competing at the Burnaby Velodrome.
– To work in concert with the BVC coach and Provincial coach to identify talent and provide an environment to foster the advancement of that talent.
