Department Head: Bike Sales, Fitting & Service – F/T at Leaside location
You are equal parts super sales consultant and team leader. You will be responsible for the most intensive customer interactions in the store while selling the city’s best road and tri bikes, fitting them and ensuring our customers’ experience exceeds expectations. As team leader you will help raise the game of the staff team in the Bike Department. You need to have a passion for bikes and strong technical knowledge of design, brands and components. Previous experience in bike sales, fitting or mechanics is an asset but not required.

Online Customer Service Rep – F/T at Outlet location
Build our Websales business from the ground up! You will be responsible for customer service, shipping, and web store product updates in addition to inventory receiving and inter-store transfers. Experience using the products we sell is required and sales experience is an asset.

Salesperson – P/T at Leaside and Outlet locations
The Salesperson is Enduro Sport’s frontline representative to the public and is responsible for building relationships with our customers. You need to be an active, athletic person who is enthusiastic and personable and motivated to deliver outstanding service to our customers. In addition, you need to be a team player who is self-motivated and contributes to the day-to-day operation of the store.

Bike Mechanic – P/T at Leaside and Outlet locations
As a Bike Mechanic you will be responsible for making sure our customers have the best possible experience when they are riding their bikes. You need to know your way around a bike (previous professional experience is an asset), have excellent attention to detail and good customer service skills.
