Job Offer – Assistant Administrator

January 4, 2008 – Ryeka Sport, based in Toronto, is seeking an Assistant Administrator to start immediately. Responsibilities of the position include providing high-level administrative support to managers and sales staff by preparing reports; handling information requests; screening telephone calls; directing customers. An Administrative Assistant also performs clerical functions such as preparing and filing correspondence and other documents, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings and appointments.

Applicants must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office, Quickbooks and MS Outlook.

The Ryeka Sport office is located in Toronto at Eglinton & Renforth area near all bus routes and highways.
