June 22, 2013 (Ste-Georges, QC) – Joelle Numainville (QC) Optum Pro Cycling p/b Kelly Benefit Strategies accomplished what few riders have done claiming both the ITT and Road Race titles at one championships. Numainville won the road crown in 2010 but has never claimed an ITT national championship jersey and has been on a wave of strong riding this season winning the final stage at the Joe Martin Stage Race along with green jersey + numerous podiums along the way.
