Lezyne was beaming with pride over their new line of LED’s, the Mega Drive and Micro Drive. The Mega is an all Aluminum CNC sculpted unit with two LED’s pushing out 1,000 lumens. It’s Infinite Light Design allows you to open the rear cap for battery replacement and USB recharging. An intelligent Power indicator button lets you check power levels during use an gives the option of three modes, Enduro: 500 lumens, Blast 1,000 lumens, and Economy(flash) 200 lumens.
The Micro LED tail light has been designed for Daytime visibility. Features include side visibility with 180 degrees view, and either a regular 30 lumen (night) flash or highly-visible 70 lumen Day Flash.
For 2013 Rudy Project is introducing the Diamonds Artist Series sunglasses that have been designed with Swarovski crystals. The series features an edgy skull design and a black finish, with Rudy Project Hypermask crystals on the pieces. Included in the Series are the Hypermask Performance sunglass, DeeWhy sunglass and the Wingspan aero helmet. The “Be Seen, Live to Ride Another Day” program features Rudy Project helmets with highly visible Pink and Yellow coloured shell along with an all black version with bling.
Also new are two new models including the Stratofly, functional and stylish riding glasses that come in eight colour options, and the Spaceguard, the newest wrap-around, single lens sport sunglasses, which are feather-light and durable. The Spaceguard weighs in at less than an ounce and comes in eight colour combinations.
Pinarello is about to turn the mountain bike upside down, with the introduction of their ONDA XC asymmetric frame technology into an off-road frame. Next year Park Tools celebrates its 50th anniversary and owner, Eric Hawkins, poses with the two bike stands that launched the company 50 years ago. The original stand was put together using legs from a dining room table, an empty shell casing and a truck axle from a 37 Ford.

Timex’s Cycle Trainer 2.0 is an ANT+ GPS computer that adds a dashboard to your bars. Five screens of real-time data are fed via GPS onto five custom screens. Features include heart rate sensor, and optional ANT+ bike and power sensors to track performance. Barometric Altimeter and Temperature sensors, INDIGLO night-light, and rechargeable LI-Ion battery with 18 hour run in full GPS mode are other highlights.
